Bank / external transaction files
ReconArt Clients import data from hundreds of providers. ReconArt software supports BAI, SWIFT, and other industry standard file formats. We have worked with data from all major statement providers such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase Paymentech, PayPal, American Express, among others. Irrespective of these capabilities, user-defined data sources and targets are also supported with the same flexible data definition and matching tool set.
Business-owned data tools
ReconArt’s native, easy-to-use data flow tools allow users to create their own templates to bring data into, or out of, the ReconArt platform on an automated basis. Cumbersome data normalization and enrichment can be configured to happen automatically through a one-time setup. Industry standard and common file formats are supported out of the box. User-defined data structures are also easily accommodated.
Closing the loop
The same flexibility that is available to on-board data into ReconArt is also available for export and integration with downstream systems. The most useful application of this functionality is to generate Journal Entries back into your source system on a daily or other basis that makes sense with your business.
Deeper integrations
API/Web services integration for specific ERPs, such as NetSuite, is also available. We also support enterprise integration capabilities such as single sign-on and other services supported through trusted third parties.
